We, Sebastian and Dennis, founded the company ZERO on August 31, 2020, in order to break new ground and feel comfortable again in our everyday work. After working for several years in medium-sized businesses and corporations, we felt a creeping dissatisfaction and a loss of meaning. The activities were mainly oriented towards the business figures and no longer towards employees and customers.
Numbers are without question important for a company! More important to us are the people in and around the company. This perspective is our North Star: Feeling comfortable with each other and the framework conditions is our overriding goal. By this we mean everyone who is connected with us: Employees, customers, suppliers, consultants, landlords and everyone else. We only work with people with whom we feel comfortable.
Under this premise, our employees can concentrate entirely on the unique tasks of our customers.
Those who develop special electronics for mobility want to work with ZERO because we are comfortable with the results.

Sebastian Zech has ten years of experience in the development of automotive electronics, five of which were spent in charge of product development at one of the largest development service providers. He was a manager there and has a great deal of technical knowhow in the development of electronic components. At ZERO GmbH, he is responsible for the technology division.
For the past five years, Dennis Rosenbohm has been divisional manager and responsible for the development of national and international locations at one of the largest development service providers. He has gained a lot of management and leadership experience in the process. Prior to that, he was head of controlling at a medium-sized development service provider. At ZERO GmbH, he is responsible for finance and administration.
